Mickey Bernstein, DDS has practiced dentistry for 30 years in Germantown, Tennessee. He became an Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Bernstein speaks with Dr. John Leite, a clinical psychologist, on the topic of Understanding the Cosmetic Patient.
William Locante, DDS of the Southern Dental Implant Center in Cordova, Tennessee is board certified as an implant dentist by the American Board of Oral Implantology, has been named a diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is a fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
Michael Skinner, DDS, a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology, is the founder of The Advanced Institute For Oral Health and is engaged in full time private practice of periodontics and implantology in Brentwood, Tennessee. Dr. Skinner has over 18 years of experience dedicated strictly to periodontology and implantology.
Trent W. Smallwood, DDS, founded the Centre for Contemporary Dental Concepts in Tempe, Arizona in 1997. An International Speaker, Dr. Smallwood has spoken at Prestigious Venues such as the ADA, AACD, GenX, London Society, India, and throughout the country at state conventions.
Neal Jeffrey is a nationally recognized motivational speaker. Neal speaks at dental organizations across America about overcoming challenges and reaching peak performance. Neal played quarterback for Baylor University and the San Diego Chargers, he is presently an Associate Pastor at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, TX.

Dr. Henry Gremillion is the Director of the Parker E. Mahan Facial Pain Center, an appointed professor in the Department of Orthodontics and holds an affiliate appointment in the Department of Prosthodontics at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He also serves on the associate falculty at L.D. Pankey Institute & The Dawson Center for Continuing Education in St. Petersburg, Fl.
Dr. Barry Glassman maintains a private practice in Allentown, PA, with a concentration on chronic pain management and temporomandibular joint dysfunction. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy Craniofacial Pain, a Fellow of the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management. Recently, he was named co-director of St. Luke’s Headache Clinic Allentown.
Dr. Jim Boyd is the director of temporomandibular disorders at The Headache Center, which is a migraine neurology specialty clinic in San Diego, California. Dr. Boyd is well known for having developed the therapeutic protocol for an enhanced deprogrammer for which we all know as the NTI device.
Dr. Nabors developed a particular interest in periodontogy early in his career due to the high percentage of patients that had periodontal diseases and the significant relapse of these infections.
Thomas F. Trinkner, DDS, teaches as an associate at the L.D. Pankey Institute and is a clinical instructor for the General Residency Program at Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia. He lectures both nationally and internationally in the field of Aesthetics and Complex Restorative Dentistry.
Dr. Zase is one of only eight dentists in the world to have both a Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry and an Accreditation in Cosmetics from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Matt Roberts is one of the most recognized Dental Ceramists in the United States. His goals are to elevate the quality of restorative treatment received by patients by creating an interactive working relationship between dentists, ceramists, and specialists.
Larry Rosenthal DDS is a New York based dentist who has built an international reputation for his expertise in aesthetic dentistry. One of the founding the founding fathers of aesthetic dentistry, Dr. Rosenthal has been profiled on television, radio and in many leading publications such as Vogue, Town & Country, W, Elle, Glamour, Forbes, The New York Times and the Wall street Journal.
Dr. George Kirtley is a graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry. He resides and practices Aesthetic/Restorative Dentistry in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Kirtley lectures and teaches nationally and internationally.
Dr. Peter Boulden graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and practices in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Boulden has experience lecturing locally and nationally.
Dr. Alex has researched and lectured internationally on adhesive and cosmetic dentistry, dental materials, comprehensive dentistry, and occlusion. He is an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and past president of the AACD New York Chapter. With a background in chemistry and adhesive technology, he is a consultant for numerous dental manufacturers and member of the IADR (International Association of Dental Research).
Dr. Corky Willhite has been awarded Fellowship by the Academy of General Dentistry and the American College of Dentists. He is one of only 42 Fellows of over 8,000 American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry members worldwide and has served on their Board of Governors (currently American Board of Cosmetic Dentistry) and spent years as an Examiner for Accreditation.
Robert G. Ritter D.M.D., has a practice that focuses on adhesive esthetic dentistry. He promotes esthetic dentistry as part of his mainstream dental care. He was raised in Palm Beach County and now resides in Palm Beach Gardens.
Michael Schuster, D.D.S. is the Chief Executive Officer of the Schuster Center for Professional Development in Scottsdale, Arizona, which he founded in 1978 to teach concepts of managerial excellence, economic freedom and personal growth.
Edward Lowe, B.Sc., D.M.D. established and heads the Vancouver Centre for Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. His practice focuses on functional aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry.
To provide a conduit to share his passion for aesthetic dentistry, Dr. Koczarski founded PAC-live, The Northwest Aesthetic Continuum and The Hornbrook Group. Dr. Koczarski has published numerous articles on the topics of aesthetic dentistry and is the editor for the Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry and is on the editorial board for PPAD journal.
Dr. Lee Ann Brady is currently the VP of Clinical Education at The Spear Institute and was the former Clinical Director of the Pankey Institute.
Dennis J. Wells, DDS, founder of the Nashville Center for Aesthetic Dentistry, is a graduate of Harding University and the University of Tennessee Dental School. He received his accreditation with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) in 1994, and has since served as an examiner for the AACD accreditation process.
A 1975 graduate at Baylor College of Dentistry Dental Hygiene School, Susan earned her dental degree in 1980 also from Baylor. She has since maintained a private practice in Arlington, Texas limiting her services to advanced restorative and cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Sonia Leziy was recognized as one of the top 100 clinicians in continuing education in 2007 and in 2008 by Dentistry Today. She maintains a private practice in the Imperio Group in North Vancouver, British Columbia with Dr Brahm Miller, prosthodontist and fellow periodontist Dr Priscilla Walsh, specializing in periodontics and implant surgery.
Dr. John S. Levy has provided dental care to the New Haven area residents since 1976. He is an innovative leader in the dental community, Dr. Levy has been featured and has been quoted in newspapers and magazines, and has authored numerous dental articles.
With a passion for knowledge and a desire to enhance her profession, Bobbi Anthony has enjoyed more than 40 years in the dental field. She has been a dental consultant for over a decade and is the founder and owner of Comprehensive Care Consulting Inc. providing in-office training for some of the most high profile cosmetic practices in the US and the UK.
Dr. Hornbrook was the founder and past director of P.A.C.~live, and “The Hornbrook Group Aesthetic Seminars”. He has lectured internationally on all facets of esthetic dentistry and has published articles in most of the leading dental journals.
Dr. John Weston is proud to have earned the credential of “Accredited Fellow” from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) where he is an elected member to the Board of Directors, is an active Accreditation Examiner, and has served as chairman for the Annual Scientific Session.
Dr. Fondriest is a curriculum author and Lead faculty for the Esthetics Continuum at the Pankey Institute and currently serves on their Board of Advisors.
Dr. Berlin has a very unique combination of providing comprehensive dentistry, mixed with a business first philosophy. He enjoys teaching his management and marketing techniques of a multi-doctor/multi-location practice and how it can be applied to practices of all sizes.
Dr. Flax practices full time in Atlanta, Georgia focusing on functional-appearance related conditions and advanced laser dentistry as well as writing and lecturing on how to help others do the same for their own practices.
Louis Malcmacher DDS MAGD is an internationally known lecturer and author, known for his comprehensive and entertaining style.
