A West Texas native, Dr. Marcus Whitmore graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1983. He opened his general dental practice in Plano that same year.  Ever since, Dr. Whitmore has taken the forefront in evaluating new dental technologies and techniques, adopting those that most benefit his patients.  Dr. Whitmore’s commitment to continually enhancing his skill set and scientific knowledge have lead him to pursue over 1,000 hours of post doctoral, continuing education with some of the world’s leading academic pioneers.  Dr. Whitmore attended the very first postdoctoral Continuum of Aesthetic Dentistry held at Baylor College of Dentistry in 1994.
Not to be limited, Dr. Whitmore’s quest for continued dental learning includes education and designation as the Dallas’ first dentist to offer Facelift Dentures,  advanced training in dental implant surgery and placement, sleep apnea evaluation and solutions education, years of advanced work focusing on complex restorative dentistry.
