Most dentists do not come close to capitalizing on the power of Internet marketing.  As of March 2006, Internet marketing is the most effective form of broadband communication and marketing available.  It creates interest, delivers information and brings customers to your company or organization.  If you are not capitalizing on it, you are missing a large opportunity.  Traditional methods like yellow pages, billboards etc.. are gone.  Your patients today are looking for you on the web, researching prices and learning more about the procedures you offer.  Most importantly, they are probably not going past the first page of Google to do so.  In other words, out of sight out of mind.
