Why don’t you send out DVD’s?

Actually we do. We just don’t like to. The reason we don’t like to is because from an educational model a DVD is one dimensional. Someone talks, you listen and hopefully remember. Our goal is to bring you something that you can use and remember and the web based model with its ability to discuss and ask questions, to see every word spoken and to take notes on the slides is by far the superior way to learn and retain the information. That said, you can always go to your account and next to the post-test you have taken you will see an option to "buy DVD." As a reminder, you can only buy the DVD for programs that you have previously viewed.

How do you pick your programs?

We listen to you. We want to hear your suggestions. If you have a suggestion or someone you would like to see, let us know we will look into it for you. At HDiQ Dental we work diligently with our board of practicing dentists and business leaders to provide you with the latest trends and procedures. We work diligently to produce shows that will add value to your practice and life. We are constantly asked to produce a show on a variety of topics but if it does not add value we will not do it. Dentists are measured by production per hour and we will not waste your most valuable asset, your time, with programs that are there only to occupy space.

What is your experience with dentistry?

Our production team has over 10 years experience in dentistry and have taped across the world as far as Brazil with Dr. Newton Fahl to down the street with Dr. Jimmy Eubanks. This experience is critical. When a presenter asks for a close up of the lingual of number 9 our videographer knows where to go. To our members it means delivering you the critical elements and eliminating 20 minutes of tooth reduction or waiting while an impression sets.

What do tongue prints and finger prints have in common?

No two are alike.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?

At any time you wish to upgrade your monthly membership or downgrade your monthly membership you may do so. You may change the level of membership on the member subscription page by selecting the level of service you wish to have. The new membership will take affect at your next billing cycle. Yearly memberships can only be downgraded or upgraded at the next yearly renewable date.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you purchase a subscription as part of the services provided by HDiQ Dental and are not completely satisfied with the subscription you may cancel on the member subscription page by selecting the "cancellation" button. A 30-day notice of cancellation is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the next billing cycle you will be billed for the following month on the day you cancel. Any credits remaining in your account will expire one year from the date you first subscribed to HDiQ Dental.

I want to watch another program but don't want to wait for my new credits?

Not a problem. You can purchase additional credits at any time. If you do not have enough credits in your account to view a program you will be able to purchase credits at that time. If you find yourself consistently adding credits to your account, you should consider upgrading your account in order to save money.

What are the 3 letter abbreviations for at the beginning of each show?

These are abbreviations to help us both. For us, it is a way to categorize our programs. For you, it is a way to help you identify programs you may want to view. Unlike college, we have no prerequisites and the fact that a show is for example Cos201 verses Cos102 does not make it more challenging. It is just the order it was entered into the catalog. Lest you think we have a secret coding system, the system is really pretty simple.

COS stands for any programs dealing with cosmetics.

IMP stands for any programs dealing with implants.

MGT stands for any programs dealing with practice management.

MOT stands for any programs dealing with motivation or encouragement.

TMD stands for, well it depends on who you ask.

Can I buy more credits and save them?

No. We designed the system to prompt you to buy more credits only when you need them. This ensures that you do not have extra credits at the end of the month. If you see yourself needing more credits often then it is suggested you upgrade your plan and pay less for each credit.

Can anyone use the forum?

Yes. We are very much in favor of a collaborative effort when it comes to education, information and training. Therefore, you do not have to be an HDiQ Dental Member to read and comment on the forum. We figure the more people in the sandbox the richer and more diverse the comments will be. Of course it will be difficult to comment on a particular program if you have not seen it only members can view programs.

What if I have technical problems or questions?

The best way is to send us an email at info@hdiqdental.com. You can also place a post in the forums and an email is automatically generated and sent to our technical department. Finally, you can always call us at 1-800-460-4030 and enter extension 777.

Can I share a program with a friend?

No. Our shows are all copyright protected under the law. Obvilously you would not work on an entire family if they paid only for one member. Sharing programs potentially makes  your price go up, not the one who is getting it for free.

 
What is your Pricing?

What is a rollover credit?

HDiQ Dental allows members to roll a certain number or unused credits over to the following months. The number of rollover increases with each level.


How many credits does a typical show take?

The vast majority of our programs are 2 credits. For shorter programs we offer these at a reduced credit price.
